The available two floors each comprise of approximately 9,000 sq ft of open plan offices in two wings. The large wing is approximately 7,500 sq ft, and the smaller approximately 1,500 sq ft. As a consequence of the high number of windows, the building offers an extraordinarily high level of natural light. The configuration of the office floor makes it possible to subdivide the accommodation extensively and yet still maintain a high level of natural light.

The air-conditioned office floor has full access raised floors, metal tile ceilings with integral lighting and high specification WC accommodation accessed from the office space itself.
