The imposing Whittington House was the subject of a major refurbishment scheme a little over four years ago. The building now provides open plan office floors almost totally surrounded by windows. New metal tile suspended ceilings with integral lighting and air conditioning were installed, as were full access raised floors. The office floors were fitted with new, high quality WC accommodation, including a disabled WC, these being dedicated to each floor.

The office accommodation is approached by way of a substantial, contemporary reception area which provides two seating areas, one of which is IT enabled. Three lifts serve not only all of the office floors, but also the car park, the motorbike and bicycle park, and the shower facilities which are located in the basement.

Whittington House is a 24 hour building. During normal office hours, the reception is fully manned whilst, out of hours, the building has the benefit of night security and a proximity card entry system.
